Although I primarily devote my time to engagements, weddings, and headshots, I also book sessions on a case by case basis. I've done a little bit of everything, from maternity to kids, families to feel beautiful shoots, small business/products. I often help local community theatres take photos for their dress rehearsals and press releases. Sometimes, I even book pet photoshoots...because I love animals of all kinds and I know how important they are to me and to others. I've also shot two charity events, two theatre festivals and fundraisers, and a company hotel event...and while I am not really an event photographer, I really enjoy every opportunity I have to give back to the community.
I have a passion for landscape photography, but I am rarely satisfied by just taking a beautiful nature photo. I tend to look at my landscape photos as a fill in the blank puzzle and that's where my Photoshop skills and sense of fun come in...I love to deeply saturate colors and creating effects to make landscapes something whimsical and fanciful. I think it stems from my inability to draw or paint or sculpt...it's my way of being an Artist. :)
